Refund policy

General Return Terms:

1. Return Request Period:

  • Brooklyn Candle Studio, Holdit, String Ting, Ucon Acrobatics allow return requests within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Wildflower allow return requests within 15 days from the date of receipt.
  • Case-Mate, Dreamfarm, Many Mornings, Native Union, Satechi, Twelve South, Urth allow return requests within 30 days from the date of receipt.

2. Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, including unopened, unused, and with intact packaging.
  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
  • In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for the refund process.
  • No returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS

3. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, WeChat, etc.).

4. Refund Processing Time:

  • Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the customer’s account.

5. Refund Fees:

  • If the refund is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong product selection or order cancellation), the customer will be responsible for both original shipping and return shipping charges.
  • Full refunds will be credited for defective products.

 

Brand-Specific Return Terms:

Brooklyn Candle Studio:

  • We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Case-Mate:

  • Cloth masks, Mask Filters, and Cleanscreenz Phone Cleaning Wipes: These items are not eligible for a return for any reason due to the personal use nature of the product. If you feel the product is defective for any reason, please contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days of purchase.

 

Many Mornings:

  • Remember, socks cannot bear any signs of use, they should have the original packaging and not be damaged. We do not refund shipping costs and we do not accept cash on delivery parcels.

 

Satechi:

  • Price Drop Protection: If a product is purchased within 12 hours of the start of a sale, the customer will be eligible for a refund reimbursed via reward credits only.
  • Duties and Taxes: For international orders, duties, taxes, and any additional fees incurred will not be refunded.

 

Urth:

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Art
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
