1. How long do I have to return an item?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Can I return sale or discounted items?
Items purchased during promotions, with discount codes, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
3. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of purchase. After inspection, we will offer a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the situation.
4. Do I need approval before returning an item?
Yes. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer shipping across most Asian regions.
