Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Product Condition Requirements
- Items must be returned within the 14-day return window.
- Products must be in original condition:
unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains or damage. - All original packaging must be intact, including plastic bags, boxes, and accessories.
Please do not place shipping labels or tape directly on the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required, such as:
- Order number
- Receipt
- Order confirmation email
Defective Items
In cases involving defects or quality issues, you may be asked to provide:
- Photos & Videos
This allows our team to verify the issue before approving a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, or policy reasons, we do not accept returns for the following:
- Discounted & Final Sale items
(including markdowns or items purchased using discount codes) - Intimate apparel, including socks
- Gift cards
These items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
Return Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Sweekli does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse shipping fees, taxes, or duties.
Responsibility During Transit
- We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
To ensure safe delivery, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within up to 10 business days.
After the return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued by us.
If a return does not meet our policy conditions, the item may be sent back to you at your own cost.
One-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. Sweekli offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects.

Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by improper use
- Washing, cleaning, or care mistakes
- Wear and tear

- Accidental damage caused by the customer
