Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Product Condition Requirements
  • Items must be returned within the 14-day return window.
  • Products must be in original condition:
    unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains or damage.
  • All original packaging must be intact, including plastic bags, boxes, and accessories.
    Please do not place shipping labels or tape directly on the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required, such as:

  • Order number
  • Receipt
  • Order confirmation email
Defective Items

In cases involving defects or quality issues, you may be asked to provide:

  • Photos & Videos

This allows our team to verify the issue before approving a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or policy reasons, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Discounted & Final Sale items
    (including markdowns or items purchased using discount codes)
  • Intimate apparel, including socks
  • Gift cards

These items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Return Shipping Fees
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Sweekli does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse shipping fees, taxes, or duties.
Responsibility During Transit
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
    To ensure safe delivery, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within up to 10 business days.

After the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued by us.

If a return does not meet our policy conditions, the item may be sent back to you at your own cost.

One-Year Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Sweekli offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects.

  • Washing, cleaning, or care mistakes
