Return & Refund
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
Return and Exchange Conditions:
- Products must be returned within the designated exchange period in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with no stains or damage).
- The outer packaging must be intact (including plastic bags or boxes), and no labels/tapes should be attached directly to the packaging.
- In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for the refund process.
- We do not accept returns for items in the following categories:
- Discounted & Final Sale items (including Markdown items and those purchased with discount codes).
- Candles and incense.
- Intimate apparel (socks).
- Gift cards.
Return Process:
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We do not provide return labels or reimburse shipping costs, taxes, or duties.
- We are not liable for damaged or lost items during the return delivery process.
Refunds:
- Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return, and additional time may be needed by your financial institution.
One-Year Warranty:
- For products with quality defects, we offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If any issues arise within the warranty period, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to inspection and approval by our after-sales service team.
- Please note that the one-year warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, washing, or alterations.
